TCS CA business was closed on 17th March 2014.
TCS CA will now be issuing digital signature certificates only to the public sector
( government) and will continue to support all retail segment, digital signature
certificates issued until that date, for their entire lifetime. JASH INTERNATIONAL will also
continue to support all those digital signature certificates it issued as a Registration
Authority until such time as they are due for renewal.
JASH INTERNATIONAL, is happy to announce that we continue to service
and support our customers with new Sify Technologies (Safescrypt) issued Class 2
and Class 3 digital signature certificates of all types and for all applications.
Further, we can also renew expiring digital signature certificates of TCS CA with
that of Sify Technologies ( Safescrypt). We are also in a position to renew certificates
issued by any other organization.

The vendors need to obtain a valid user id to access the
NTPC e-procurement portal. If existing suppliers to NTPC are interested in participating in the
NTPC e-tendering process, they should write to srm@ntpc.co.in with their vendor code and other details mentioned in the form. New vendors who are interested in participating in
NTPC e-tenders, must apply with a completely filled form A and a demand draft for open tenders at the NTPC office.
Vendors can buy
digital signature certificates online in India from licensed certifying authorities. A certifying authority (CA) is a trusted third-party organisation which is authorised to issue digital certificates. The certificates issued are used to create digital signatures and pairs of public-private keys. The CA also carries out a verification process of the individual's identity before issuing a certificate. It may include checking with financial institutions such as credit card companies. The CA ensures that the individual/ organisation granted the unique certificate is who he or she claims to be.
Before bidding for
NTPC tenders, the supplier has to install a valid class 3
digital signature certificate on the computer. The vendor will receive the digital signature in the form of an e-token and he/ she must follow these steps to check the signatures:
1. The driver for the e-token must be installed on the computer. The driver can be found in the CD provided to the vendor or it can be downloaded from the website of the digital signature provider.

Next, the digital signatures of CCA and the CA and sub-CA (if applicable) need to be installed. It can be found in the CD provided along with the digital signature or downloaded from the digital signature provider's website. The vendors can contact e-sign for assistance in installation of the
digital signature certificate at
https://www.esign.in/contact-us 3. After the installation, insert digital signature into the USB port of your computer. Select Tools >> Internet options >> Content >> Certificates
The
NTPC tender fee can be paid online at the vendors convenience. They can make the payment using the ICICI Bank payment gateway or by using a credit card. The fee can also be paid offline in the form of a demand draft. The DD has to be made in the favour of NTPC Ltd. of the requisite amount. Once the DD is received, the concerned NTPC official will authorise the bidder to process the bid invitation.
